Chancellor’s Challenge – Get active and support Ontario Tech students

Mitch Frazer, Chancellor, ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø

This past year has been difficult and many of our students have faced challenges due to reduced employment.

ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø Chancellor Mitch Frazer has launched a to support the university’s students while staying active.

Beginning on Family Day (Monday, February 15) and continuing through to Ontario Tech’s Pi Day of Giving (Sunday, March 14), Chancellor Frazer will run or walk 7.2 km a day to raise funds for our students. Why 7.2 km? This is the distance bridging the university’s north and downtown campus locations.

You can participate by:

  • . Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $10 or more. The university will match all gifts to the Student Relief Fund, dollar-for-dollar!
  • Walking or running 7.2 km a day by yourself or in a physically distanced way with others. Being outdoors is a great way to boost your energy and well-being!
  • Ask your friends and family to consider giving to the Chancellor’s Challenge in support of Ontario Tech students.

Thank you for your support.
